Toad&Co.’s mission is to inspire people to live their fullest lives through socially and environmentally committed clothes, that look and fit as well as they function, from the trail to the tavern and everywhere in between. The last piece to achieving full circle sustainability is eliminating single use packaging.

LimeLoop and Toad&Co kicked off a partnership April 20th, 2018. The primary objective was to build and power a reuse platform that exceeded expectations with their team, their 3PL and customer. We kicked off the partnership by incrementally incorporating LimeLoop packages and platform into their supply chain.

REUSABLE PACKAGING

LimeLoop supplied Toad&Co. with a fleet of packages. The Toad&Co. team created an opt-in program at checkout providing their customers the option of having their order shipped in a reusable package.

SHIPPING PLATFORM

The customer, 3PL and Toad&Co. utilized the digital shipping platform to track the package’s status, including its location, open-rate, and temperature; to gain insights into its environmental savings; and to improve customer and carrier experience from point of order to delivery.

LOGISTICS

Package Quality Control – LimeLoop and Toad&Co. worked closely to execute a quality control system that ensured all packages maintained function and form.

Package Loop – Together, they formed an optimized return loop and redistribution system, including their customers in the process.
