The Reusies
BY Christina Oliver, CONTRIBUTOR AT LimeLoop
“These solutions are happening now. This isn’t a crazy fever dream. It’s going to take each and every one of us, whether you’re a big or small influencer or just one person with a couple friends; it’s up to us to talk and spread the word – to inspire each other’s experiences. We’ve just scratched the surface.”
The Reusies began as just an idea, and like most great ideas, it came from a collective need – a way to recognize its “reuse heroes,” especially those making moves in activism, reuse, and community. With the work yet to be done in sustainability at the forefront of everyone’s mind, it’s important to recognize how far we have come in progressing towards circularity.

LimeLoop’s CTO and Co-founder, Chantal Emmanuel sits down with host, Christina Oliver, to chat about LimeLoop, sustainable technology, and how the combination of solution-forward thinking and said technology, as a tool, can help us get to where we need to be for the planet and for business.

Reusable Packaging for Holiday Shipping
“There’s a lot that goes into, and a lot of feelings that come out of, receiving a package. Our goal as retailers is to make all of these joyful and delightful. But we know, unfortunately, that that’s not the case.”
With e-commerce’s heavy traffic expected to continue, shipping orders and gifts is going to cost brands and consumers even more time and money this 2021 holiday season. And there’s isn’t a guarantee packages will arrive on time. This, of course, isn’t forgetting the predictable, single-use packaging waste to come.
Unwrap this holiday season to discover how, and why, reusable packaging can create joy and delight for your customers while, also, eliminating single-use waste and mitigating the holiday shopping influx.
